Donna graduated from Erie Community College (Buffalo, NY) with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She spent 7 years in a private pre-school in upstate New York, where she worked with children displaying a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. In 1993, Donna received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Keuka College (New York). She worked for 3 months in a Traumatic Brain Injury unit for those requiring intensive therapy following serious brain insults. She then returned to her area of preference, pediatric OT, this time in the public school system. Since 2000, Donna has worked in the Clover School District as an Occupational Therapist, and she joined Tega Cay Speaks in early 2008. Her time at Tega Cay Speaks has proven to be a great experience to allowing her to help the children she loves so much to meet their potentials. She has gained training and experience with many children with a great variety of disorders/disabilities, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delays/Learning Disabilities, Sensory Processing Disorder, Tramatic Brain Injury, 3-day NDT Training, Brain Gym Workshops, Ready Bodies/Learning Minds Workshop, ALL Handwriting without Tears Workshops
